In 2020, theLeadershipWell, began its formal existence. It has been a passion project for much longer than that. Having been in top leadership positions, our founder, Dr. Jeff Holmes, realized the lack of real depth, research, and especially community.

Jeff Holmes

FOUNDER | COACH | CONSULTANT
Jeff works with CEOs and Future CEOs to identify and refine their leadership styles. After founding several non-profit and for-profit ventures, he moved into international executive leadership coaching. He holds a doctoral degree in Identity Development, two Master’s degrees in Philosophy and Business Science.
